Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts on a compressed schedule.
• Experience training and developing others is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer policies and procedures.
• Support direct labor staffing plan for the fab team.
• Lead 5S improvements on the designated shift.
• Develop personnel to ensure efficient production operations.
• Escalate production issues promptly to resolve impacts.
