Freudenberg is seeking an experienced VPS Trainer to improve lean manufacturing practices in the automotive sector. This role includes organizing training and events, facilitating teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The suitable candidate will have extensive industry experience and a strong background in quality systems.

Formación

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Desirable: Six Sigma or Green/Black Belt training.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and conduct VPS@Work events.
• Guide organizations in lean manufacturing implementation.
• Generate cost-saving projects and submit monthly KPI reports.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize, conduct, and follow up VPS@Work events
2. Conduct VPS training
3. Facilitate VPS@Work teams
4. Track and report VPS@Work results
5. Guide organizations in lean manufacturing systems implementation
6. Communicate VPS-related information
7. Continuously improve training materials and techniques
8. Generate cost-saving projects
9. Submit monthly KPI reports related to VPS
10. Identify processes that need improvement using VPS tools
11. Coordinate and audit VMA compliance

Qualifications:

1. At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
2. Experience in the automotive industry is required
3. Experience with Quality Systems (IATF) is required
4. Desirable: Six Sigma or Green/Black Belt training in lean systems
5. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
6. Advanced English proficiency
