General Atlantic is seeking a full-time Vice President to join its Mexico City‑based investment team. You will lead sourcing, evaluation, execution, and management of investments across Latin America, collaborating with global colleagues and portfolio companies to drive growth and value creation.

Formación

• MBA from a top-tier program preferred; non-MBA profiles with relevant experience will also be considered
• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university
• 4-7 years of experience in growth equity, private equity; investment banking foundational training strongly preferred
• Proven track record of executing successful private equity/growth transactions from sourcing to closing; presenting to investment committees
• Experience working closely with management teams and driving value creation efforts
• Experience covering Latin American investments is preferred
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Passionate about discovering interesting transformational up-and-coming high-growth companies
• Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
