Mars, Incorporated seeks a VP, Enterprise Technology – People & Organization, Corporate Affairs & Sustainability to lead the global digital transformation for 140,000+ Associates. You will define the technology vision across P&O, Corporate Affairs, and Sustainability, stewarding platforms, data solutions, and AI capabilities.

This executive role partners with C-suite, scales Agile/DevOps, and manages multi-million-dollar ecosystems to deliver federated IT architectures and end-to-end associate

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of technology leadership experience in global enterprises.
• Deep HR & corporate tech ecosystem expertise with Workday and ServiceNow.
• Proven track record in digital transformation, M&A integration, and scalable platforms.
• Visionary use of AI, analytics, and data-driven decision making.
• Executive presence with strong stakeholder management.
• Strong vendor governance and multi-year contract experience.
• Nice-to-Have: MBA and experience in consumer goods/pharma tech environments.

• Lead end-to-end strategy, architecture, and delivery across P&O, Corporate Affairs, and Sustainability.
• Champion a product-based operating model with lifecycle ownership of key platforms.
• Drive integration and federated IT architecture while balancing global needs.
• Lead enterprise-scale transformation programs and change management.
• Build relationships with senior executives across Mars and partner ecosystems.
• Oversee secure, scalable, 24/7 operations with strict data privacy and compliance.
• Direct vendor relationships, contracts, and long-term ecosystem planning.
• Evaluate AI advancements and emerging tech to keep Mars ahead.
