The ideal candidate has 12+ years in real estate development with senior leadership experience, strong financing acumen, and deep knowledge of the Querétaro market.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Real Estate Development or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive real estate development experience.
• At least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven ability to secure financing and manage investor relations.
• Deep knowledge of the Querétaro real estate market.

Responsibilities

• Lead the real estate development pipeline from sourcing to disposition.
• Oversee land acquisition, zoning, entitlements, design, and construction.
• Secure financing and manage lender and investor relationships.
• Develop budgets and schedules; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Mentor a team of project managers and associates.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, leasing, and operations for project success.
• Engage with government officials and community groups.
