A global jewelry company in Mexico is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to manage local printing materials and ensure effective campaign rollouts. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years in retail (preferably in luxury or fashion), strong graphic design skills, and fluency in English. Formación

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our Pandora Mexico team.

Your Role as a Visual Merchandising Specialist:

  • Manage all VM local printing material processes (supplier, logistics, installation) in line with Latam guidance.
  • Collaborate with the network of O&O points of sale, department stores, and franchises in Mexico.
  • Conduct store visits to review implementation, identify opportunities, and monitor competition.
  • Manage and control the Local POSM Printing Budget for all VM assets in Mexico.
  • Coordinate with the local responsible agency for campaign implementation.
  • Ensure timely VM rollout for all local and global campaigns, ready to react to store needs.
  • Support stores in implementation and provide feedback.
  • Develop VM implementation and trays guidelines (product and visual placement) for campaigns.
  • Share visual reports on campaign execution.

Qualifications for Success:

  • 3-5 years of experience in retail (preferably in Jewelry, Luxury Goods, Fashion, or Gift industry).
  • Studies in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Confident, autonomous, and proactive individual.
  • Experience working within a global organization.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Willing to travel once a month.
