Qualifications

• Proven experience as Visual Merchandiser or Store Designer in retail.
• Strong portfolio of visual displays and store designs.
• Excellent understanding of color theory and space planning.
• Proficient in design software; Adobe CS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement window displays and in-store merchandising layouts.
• Create attractive product displays that highlight key items and collections.
• Develop and execute store design concepts that enhance the shopping experience and brand image.
• Plan and execute store renovations or updates with management and operations.
• Maintain visual standards across the store, ensuring consistency in presentation, lighting, and fixtures.
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform merchandising strategies.
• Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing and buying teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Analyze the impact of visual merchandising on sales and traffic, adjusting as needed.
