• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with store teams.

• Degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Specialist to enhance the in-store presentation and customer experience at their retail locations, primarily serving the Acapulco, Guerrero region. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing visually appealing displays that drive product interest and sales. While the role involves significant site visits, certain planning and reporting tasks can be conducted remotely, allowing for a Hybrid work dynamic. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics, an understanding of retail trends, and the ability to translate brand identity into compelling visual narratives. You will play a key role in shaping the look and feel of our client's stores.
