The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Position Purpose

The Virtual Intake Specialist performs the initial consultation with our clients to determine which of our services fit their specific situations. They provide information to the Attorney to verify whether we can confidently pursue the case.

Payrate: $6/hr + Commissions

Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 1pm-10pm EST & Saturday, 8am-5pm EST

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

  • Learn, memorize, and research the case types offered at the firm according to Attorney’s guidelines.
  • Qualify each client for potential case types based on the Attorney’s direction, training, FAQ documents, and other communications.
  • Review case pricing with clients and determine the best payment options to start a recommended case type.
  • Use the Attorney’s approved ethical sales scripts to convert potential leads into admitted clients.
  • Convert qualified leads into clients by highlighting the benefits and values of each case type.
  • Schedule and follow up with all leads that have potential case types.
  • Assist with escalations from dissatisfied clients or those requesting additional information.
  • Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Maintain impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
