Tired of cold calling? Want to close high-converting leads from home? We’re looking for driven, licensed professionals to join InsuraTec as Virtual Business Development Managers. You’ll work 100% remotely, using our proven sales system, with pre-set appointments and a script that takes the guesswork out of the sale.

We hand you inbound leads. You follow the script. You close the deal. It’s that simple.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Conduct phone sales appointments with pre-qualified, inbound leads
2. Follow a fully scripted process from intro to close
3. Help clients choose the right life insurance coverage (final expense, mortgage protection, term, etc.)
4. Submit applications electronically and keep client info up to date in our CRM
5. Attend weekly team training and development calls

Qualifications

Compensation
