The Video Designer & Editor is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, animating, and editing visual content that emotionally connects with the Hispanic community in the U.S., building trust and reflecting the firm’s values. This role directly supports client acquisition campaigns, brand development, internal communications, and the creation of relevant content across various platforms.

Required Tools & Software
- Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- CapCut (for quick mobile social content editing)
- Canva (for efficient collaborative graphic design)
- Familiarity with content management platforms like Google Drive, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, etc.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Audiovisual Content Production
- Edit and produce vertical and horizontal videos for social media, ads, interviews, success stories, events, and more.
- Create motion graphics for reels, ads, intros, transitions, and institutional presentations.
- Ensure high visual and storytelling quality aligned with brand guidelines and the emotional tone of the firm.
Graphic Design
- Design static content for organic posts, paid ads, internal documents, promotional materials, and brand visuals.
- Adapt graphics to various formats (feeds, stories, banners, newsletters, etc.).
- Marketing Campaign Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create key visuals for integrated campaigns (organic + paid).
- Deliver emotionally resonant visual materials tailored to Hispanic audiences, respecting their cultural and immigration-related values.
Internal Content Creation
- Design internal materials that reinforce company culture: presentations, employee recognitions, visual communications, events, and team activities.
- Support onboarding content design for new employees.
- Content Management & Organization
- Maintain well-organized and up-to-date visual content folders (file names, dates, structure).
- Ensure timely deliveries and adherence to the creative/content team workflows.
