A top consulting firm with a presence in Mexico City is seeking a Vice President of Talent Management to lead their global HR strategy. This role involves developing a unified talent strategy, driving business planning, and overseeing HR transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in HR leadership, with a proven track record in a global professional services environment. Strong communication and strategic thinking skills are essential.
Location: Mexico City preferred but will also consider Warsaw, Lisbon, Kuala Lumpur or New Delhi

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll collaborate with senior leaders across the firm and lead our global GBS HR team. Working in partnership with HR Business Partners and global Talent Centers of Excellence—including compensation, recruiting, mobility, HR operations, and L&D—you’ll ensure high-impact, consistent people practices across all locations. This role reports to the Vice President of BCN and GBS Talent Management and is based in our GBS network.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As the Vice President of Talent Management, you’ll play a key leadership role within our Global Business Services (GBS) team. This position partners closely with senior GBS leadership to shape and drive a cohesive talent strategy across five global hubs—India, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, and Portugal—supporting a dynamic team of 1,000+ professionals across functions. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, strategic driver, and culture champion as Bain continues to scale with excellence.
