    Position location: This position is located in our commercial office in San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.

    Job Summary:

    Lead the Latin American Team in the planning, development and execution of strategies designed to achieve Moen’s long-term profitability and working capital optimization goals.

    Responsabilities:

    • Lead the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies and programs for the LATAM organization achieving sales, profit and market share objectives.
    • Lead strategy development for the execution of regional sales and marketing plans / programs, increasing share with current customers; convert new customers to Moen and gaining traction in new market segments.
    • Analyze Performance metrics and leverage performance data to drive the creation and implementation of growth strategies,
    • Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing leadership team and across disciplines within FBIN on all sales related customer initiatives, segment strategies, and three-year strategic plans.
    • Maintain a high level of direct interface with key influencers such as retailers, showrooms, builders, plumbing contractors, plumbing wholesalers etc.
    • Develop influential top-to-top customer relationships leveraging market expertise, the Moen brand and our best-in-class sales force to deliver differentiated customer solutions.
    • Proactively lead the evolution of the selling process, selling skills and the use of data and technology to maximize sales efficiency and results in the marketplace.
    • Lead and own forecast accuracy and portfolio transition costs.
    • Responsible for setting budgets and motivating the sales and marketing team individually and collectively to achieve objectives.
    • Ensure a competent Build and maintain a high-performing sales and marketing workforce, engagement is exceptionally high and that communications are open, honest and constructive.
    • Ensure Moen associates at all levels conduct themselves with the highest degree of discipline, honesty and integrity.
    • Responsible for setting budgets and motivating the sales and marketing team individually and collectively to achieve objectives.
    • Recruit, train and develop a superior, aggressive and active sales and marketing team.
      • A university degree is required.
      • MBA preferred
      • 10+ years of sales and marketing experience in the industry with a proven track record.
      • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and develop associates driving accountability.
      • Demonstrated track record of progressive thinking with a bias towards removing barriers, creating new and simplified processes.
      • Strong business and financial acumen coupled with a broad business and market perspective and proven ability to optimize business opportunities.
      • Good understanding of other disciplines and functions (financial statements, cash flow, working capital, employed capital, human dynamics and motivation, team environments.
      • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all Moen customers, subsidiaries, agents and sales force.
      • A high degree of creative intelligence and analytical aptitude.
      • A demonstrated ability of problem solving and priority setting and quality decision making.
      • Listening skills, communication skills, energy, enthusiasm, and endurance.
      • Strong presentation, communication skills and professional image.
      • Ability to manage significant travel (30%+) and work nonstandard hours.
      • Able to work legally in Mexico.
