Ottimate is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer, across multiple functions, and ensure a positive candidate experience in every interaction.

You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build strong talent pipelines, and continuously refine sourcing strategies using diverse channels.
