Amazon Mexico Retail is seeking a data-driven, customer-obsessed Vendor Manager for the Musical Instruments category to drive growth and deliver a best-in-class customer experience on amazon.com.mx.

You will manage inputs such as selection, inventory, speed and Outputs (Topline and Bottomline) while guiding a top account to maximize category performance. Collaboration with Ads and Marketing will be essential for growth.

Formación

  • 3+ years of experience with Excel.
  • 5+ years in retail/operations/product/program management or business consulting with negotiations and delivering results.
  • Fluent English for written and verbal communication.
  • Experience with business analysis and P&L management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Fluent English for speaking, reading and writing.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage Musical Instruments category: selections, inventory levels, speed and outputs (Topline and Bottomline) while handling a top account to deliver best customer experience in the MX store.
  • Provide strategy to grow the category profitably, identifying opportunities, solving inefficiencies, proposing solutions, improving operations, leading promotions, and advising on Ads/Marketing partnerships.

Amazon Mexico Retail team is looking for a data driven, customer-obsessed, hands on and creative candidate to join our team. As a Musical Instruments Vendor Manager, you'll lead one of the categories in MX, working with selected vendors to help drive growth and deliver a best-in-class customer experience within amazon.com.mx, for music fans, artists and creators, while facilitating great business relationships with some of Amazon's highest visibility brands.

Key job responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for the Musical Instruments category, managing Inputs such as selection, inventory levels, speed and Outputs (Topline and Bottomline) while managing a key top account, contributing on delivering the best customer experience in the MX store.

You will deliver guidance and strategy to drive category growth in a profitable manner, detecting business opportunities, solving inefficiencies, proposing solutions, improving on operational processes, leading promotional events and making recommendations to partner with Ads and the Marketing teams.

Basic Qualifications
  • - 3+ years of with Excel experience
  • - 5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience
  • - Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
  • - Experience with business analysis and P&L management
  • - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • - Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
Preferred Qualifications
  • - Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements
  • - Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development
