Amazon Mexico's Books Retail team is seeking a data-driven Vendor Specialist who will own selected brands, drive growth and deliver an excellent customer experience on amazon.com.mx, while managing relationships with high-visibility brands.

You will analyze performance, generate weekly reports, present plans to vendors, and support data-driven marketing campaigns to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• 1+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience.
• Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SQL or HTML.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own selected brands' product portfolios and drive growth.
• Improve user experience and prepare weekly performance reports.
• Lead vendor meetings and act as main contact for brand partners.
• Identify opportunities and propose process improvements to boost customer satisfaction.
