Amazon Mexico's Books Retail team is seeking a Vendor Specialist who will own selected brands to drive growth and deliver a best-in-class customer experience on Amazon.com.mx. You will manage brand portfolios, develop insights from data, and present plans to vendors to strengthen business relationships.

Responsibilities include weekly performance reporting, on-site marketing support, and ensuring top-quality product pages while identifying opportunities to optimize pricing and inventory.

Formación

• 1+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience.
• Experience using analytical specific tools such as Google Analytics, SQL or HTML.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Look after the brands' product portfolio and contribute to improvements in customer experience.
• Create detailed weekly performance reports and lead vendor planning sessions.
• Be the main point of contact for vendors and drive business growth.
• Analyze business inefficiencies and propose changes to processes to improve customer satisfaction and product pages.
