A global automotive supplier in Monterrey is seeking a VAT Analyst to support the Mexican Taxes Team. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to tax inquiries, maintaining audit records, and preparing VAT refunds. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Accounting and over 4 years of experience in tax or accounting. Proficiency in English and advanced Excel skills are essential. Formación

• 4+ years tax and/or accounting experience.
• Knowledge of Ley del Impuesto al Valor Agregado.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to government tax, internal or external audit inquiries.
• Maintain records for tax audit.
• Prepare and file VAT refunds.
• Reconciliation of VAT accounts.
• Monthly DIOT.
• Prepare and file monthly tax payments (Income Tax, VAT, withholding taxes).

Your Contribution:

As a VAT Analyst you will play an important role supporting Mexican Taxes Team, ensuring day to day tax operations of the MAHLE’s Mexican companies.

• Respond to government tax, internal or external audit inquiries.
• Maintain records for tax audit.
• Prepare and file VAT refunds.
• Reconciliation of VAT accounts.
• Monthly DIOT.
• Prepare and file of monthly tax payments (Income Tax, VAT, withholding taxes).

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree on Accounting.
• 4+ years tax and/or accounting experience.
• Business fluent in English.
• Good communication, organizational skills, s elf-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP).
• Knowledge of Ley del Impuesto al Valor Agregado.
• Knowledge of Excel (Advanced).
