An automotive industry leader is seeking to enhance the quality of its dealer network in CDMX. The role involves auditing standards, generating reports, and analyzing financial data. Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience and a degree in Administrative or Industrial Engineering. Advanced English is required, and no relocation assistance will be provided.

Objective:

Enhance the premium quality of the agent/dealer network through the fulfillment of brand standards and processes. Facilitate the generation of KPI analyses and identification of opportunity areas across the different agents/dealers. Support the consolidation of a profitable and sustainable network aligned with brand values.

Day to day (main tasks):

  • Explain dealer standards to dealers and clarify doubts. F
  • ollow-up to dealers standards self-assessments.
  • Audit of dealer standards to all van network.
  • Quarterly generation of DSVC (Dealer Score Card Vans) - generation of automatized dashboards.
  • Review of scorings with sales and CS&P (Customer Services & Parts) regional managers. Contribute in the action plan generation with the dealers to improve scoring.
  • Receive and analyze, with PC DND (Passenger Cars Dealer Network Development) Financial analyst, all financial data from dealers and MBFS (Mercedes-Benz Financial Services). Generate comprehensive reports and propose actionable plans based on financial data analysis. Proactively flag critical findings to ensure timely decision-making and risk mitigation
  • Support on the development of new suppliers for MAR20X Vans facilities.
  • Support the follow-up of sustainability self-assessments and action plans with dealers.

Profile:

  • Education: Administrative or Industrial Engineering.
  • Previous experience: 3-5 years in similar position
  • Languages: Advanced English.
