A leading medical solutions company is seeking a project leader to manage high-level projects at its Reynosa facility. The role requires supporting engineering functions with a focus on safety and productivity improvements. Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree, some manufacturing experience, and knowledge of ISO standards.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar manufacturing position.
• Knowledge of validation processes (IQ, OQ, PQ).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement modifications for safety, quality, and productivity improvement.
• Maintain training programs for engineering personnel.
• Establish positive relationships with support groups.

Conocimientos

Knowledge of ISO 13485

Knowledge of ISO 11607

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Proficiency in Minitab

Fluent in English

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields

About the role

Lead and manage high-level projects that provide Convatec's Reynosa facility and corporation withsignificant return on investment or strategic advantage in addition to providing leadership in all process engineeringfunctions.

Key responsibilities

• Help develop, suggest and implement modifications, equipment and/or processes that contribute to the improvement of safety, quality and productivity.

• Develop and implement corrective improvement plans, in accordance with operational objectives.

• Develop and maintain training programs to keep engineering personnel informed of current technology in relation to operations.

• Establishes, develops, and maintains positive relationships with support groups and providers.

• Executes plans and priorities to meet global operational objectives based on the strategic objectives of Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineer or related careers.

• Minimum 1 year ofexperienceworking in similar positions within manufacturing industries, participating in validation processes (IQ, OQ y PQ).

• Mandatory: Knowledge on ISO 13485 and ISO 11607.

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs, i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Must be proficient with Minitab.

• Must be fluent in oral and written English
