Job Description:
Summary

As a US Payroll Billing Assistant, you’ll play a key part in keeping financial operations smooth and compliant. You’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams, handle sensitive payroll details, and contribute to accurate reporting. This position is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates clearly, and thrives in a team that values trust and accountability.
• Monthly Compensation: 1015 USD to 1100 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Process payroll notices and back filings
•Manage benefit deductions and payroll accounts
•Prepare and support financial reporting
•Communicate directly with clients regarding payroll matters
•Ensure compliance with payroll regulations across US states
•Support billing operations and documentation

Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience in billing or payroll support positions
• Experience with US payroll is mandatory
•Experience working in an accounting firm
•Familiarity with payroll accounts and benefit deductions
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
•Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excel and Google Sheets
• CRM: Gusto, QuickBooks

•Billing platforms and accounting tools
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM EST
