Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm.

Job Description:

Summary

If you’re someone who thrives on meaningful conversations and enjoys being the first point of contact for people seeking help, this role is for you. You’ll guide potential clients through their first steps, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and informed. Every day, you’ll make a real impact by connecting individuals with the legal support they need. This position is ideal for someone who’s proactive and passionate about delivering excellent service with empathy and professionalism.

• Monthly Compensation: 1,150 USD to 1,220 USD.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•Answer inbound calls from potential clients and return callers
•Place outbound calls to follow up with leads and missed messages
•Qualify first-time callers using training materials
•Process inquiries from voicemail, email inbox, and Yelp
•Manage potential clients in the CRM pipeline and ensure timely follow-up Schedule consultations (in-person, phone, or Google Meet)
•Prepare summaries for attorney review and follow up accordingly Process payments and send payment links for paid consultations
•Prepare and present bi-weekly and monthly reports to leadership
•Track and advise on referral accuracy from call answering service
•Upload, organize, and flag received client documents
•Occasionally translate live or written communications (ENG-SPA)
•Draft and prepare client agreements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in client intake and/or customer service

•Your own PC or laptop, headset, and high-speed internet (at least 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed)
•A quiet, private workspace
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
