The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 3 years of relevant experience. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant with proven experience infast month-end close,bank and account reconciliations,balance sheet preparation, andfinancial statement reporting. This role requires solid knowledge ofAccounts PayableandU.S. payroll processes, along with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Completeaccurate and timely month-end and year-end closings.
• Prepare and reviewbank reconciliationsandgeneral ledger account reconciliations.
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy ofbalance sheetsandfinancial statementsin compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• ManageAccounts Payableoperations and ensure proper invoice processing.
• ProcessU.S. payrollaccurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required reports and documentation.
• Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 3+ years of accounting experienceincluding month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience withAccounts PayableandU.S. payroll.
• Strong knowledge ofU.S. GAAP.
• Proficiency inExceland ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a multinational environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and process automation.
