Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

Responsible for achieving the objectives of the assigned area in terms of safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Oversees semi-skilled and highly skilled employees in production, maintenance, and/or parts distribution warehouse, ensuring compliance with established standards. Acts as the primary link between operational staff and management, representing the company’s interests on the production floor.

  • Identify and correct risky behaviors, escalating critical situations.
  • Diagnose and solve complex problems in equipment and systems.
  • Operate complex machinery, adjusting processes to optimize quality and productivity.
  • Generate solutions to operational inefficiencies.
  • Contribute to data reporting and analysis.
  • Detect and report non-compliance with policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.
