Cognizant in Monterrey is seeking an UKG WFM Consultant to lead DellBoomi integrations and Kronos Dimensions initiatives for hybrid teams. You will design and implement data exchange workflows, configure scheduling and accrual rules, and translate workforce needs into scalable technical solutions.

You will collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, optimize performance, and deliver maintainable integration assets while supporting production operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end to end design and implementation of DellBoomi Integration workflows that enable reliable data exchange across core workforce management and enterprise applications while ensuring high levels of performance and scalability for hybrid teams working in day shift.
• Design Kronos Dimensions Attestation configurations that validate time and attendance data with strong focus on regulatory compliance accurate reporting and seamless user experience for diverse business units across the organization.
• Configure and optimize Kronos Dimensions Advanced Scheduling capabilities to align staffing patterns with operational demand reduce schedule conflicts and enhance resource utilization across technical and research oriented teams.
• Develop and maintain Kronos Dimensions Accruals rules that accurately manage leave balances benefit policies and complex accrual scenarios to support transparent workforce practices and reduce manual reconciliation overhead.
• Collaborate with business analysts and operational stakeholders to translate workforce management requirements into detailed technical specifications that drive consistent integration patterns and reusable solution components.
• Oversee code quality and integration standards by conducting thorough peer reviews enforcing best practices in mapping and error handling and guiding the team to deliver maintainable and well documented integration assets.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support for DellBoomi and Kronos Dimensions solutions by analyzing logs identifying root causes and implementing stable corrective actions that minimize disruption to business operations.
• Coordinate and execute integration testing activities including unit system and regression testing to validate data flows scheduling rules and attestation logic with careful attention to edge cases and boundary conditions.
• Develop clear operational documentation and runbooks covering integration workflows configuration details support procedures and recovery steps to enable efficient knowledge transfer and sustainable production support.
• Engage with stakeholders across research and clinical domains to understand evolving data needs and propose integration enhancements that improve decision making workforce planning and compliance reporting.
• Optimize integration performance by tuning processes refining data mappings and implementing monitoring strategies that proactively detect bottlenecks and improve responsiveness of key workforce management services.
• Mentor junior team members on DellBoomi and Kronos Dimensions concepts by providing hands on guidance sharing implementation patterns and encouraging structured problem solving that strengthens overall team capability.
• Partner with data teams to align integration design with emerging data model initiatives so that workforce information can be consistently leveraged for analytics and strategic planning across research and clinical portfolios.

Qualifications

• Possess strong hands on experience in DellBoomi Integration including process design connector configuration data transformation and deployment within enterprise environments using hybrid work arrangements.
• Demonstrate expert proficiency in Kronos Dimensions Attestation by configuring rules validating compliance scenarios and supporting operational teams in maintaining accurate and auditable time management records.
• Show advanced practical knowledge of Kronos Dimensions Advanced Scheduling through experience designing complex rotation patterns coverage rules and staffing templates that adapt to dynamic operational requirements.
• Bring solid working experience with Kronos Dimensions Accruals including definition of accrual policies management of diverse leave programs and resolution of discrepancies across large workforce populations.
• Apply understanding of research and clinical domain processes by leveraging exposure to R and D preclinical and clinical workflows to design integrations that respect data sensitivities and regulatory expectations.
• Utilize familiarity with data models and structured information design concepts to support creation of consistent integration payloads that align with enterprise data strategies and analytical reporting needs.
• Offer six to eight years of progressive technical experience in integration and workforce management solutions with a track record of delivering stable scalable and supportable implementations in complex environments.
• Adapt effectively to hybrid work models and day shift operations by maintaining clear communication strong ownership of deliverables and flexible collaboration across distributed technical and business teams.
