As a Sr. UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in defining and enhancing the user experience of our platform. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces. You will translate user-experience journeys into smooth interactions. This position is not for graphic designers; we are looking for a skilled UI/UX professional to design unique, user-centric products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to completion, including wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.
• Create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all products and platforms.
• Advocate for user-centric design principles and best practices within the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our designs innovative and competitive.

Required skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating ability to create user-centric designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for the user experience.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for creating polished, high-quality designs.
