Impact on our ecosystem:

As Turbo Commercial Manager, you will lead the commercial growth of our Turbo operation, developing and implementing strategies to drive new partner acquisition, expand our product portfolio (SKUs), and maximize revenue. This role requires a strategic leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, analytical skills, and experience scaling high-impact businesses in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and executing commercial strategies to expand Turbo in your assigned market.
  2. Identifying, negotiating, and onboarding new key partners (retailers, CPGs, local brands).
  3. Increasing SKUs and optimizing the portfolio to enhance customer value.
  4. Analyzing business metrics (P&L, margins, revenue growth) to ensure profitable and scalable operations.
  5. Collaborating closely with operations, marketing, and product teams to drive commercial initiatives.
  6. Leading strategic negotiations and building strong stakeholder relationships.
  7. Identifying growth opportunities and executing plans to capture market share.
What are the minimum requirements to join this neon universe?
  • Over 5 years of experience in commercial, strategy, or business development roles, preferably in startups, tech companies, or retail.
  • Background as a former founder or in high-growth environments is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and manage strategic relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of financial and operational metrics (P&L, margins, KPIs).
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset focused on results.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
