As part of Rappi, your responsibilities include:
  • Designing category strategies based on market, consumer, and client insights, aligned with our commercial strategy.
  • Identifying portfolio development, assortment, pricing, and promotion opportunities.
  • Analyzing market, sales, and consumer data from sources like Nielsen, Kantar, Euromonitor to generate reports and insights for growth opportunities.
  • Collaborating with key suppliers to develop tailored strategies for each category.
  • Leading strategic presentations with key manufacturers to justify value propositions.
  • Working with Trade Marketing, Commercial, Ads, and CRM teams to ensure effective strategy implementation.
  • Proposing and leading innovation projects in Category Management and monitoring market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements to join our vibrant universe:

  • Experience with Sell Out, Conversion ATC, Maker Discount, GMV Coverage.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Nielsen, Kantar, and English language skills.
  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
