Mondelez México is seeking a capable administrator to support the Capability team with training administration, budget, and data reporting. You will coordinate invitations, materials, room bookings, catering and equipment for training activities and manage supplier relationships and invoicing in line with global and local processes.

The role includes maintaining training content, updating databases, and supporting internal communications while tracking KPI data and building annual training

Formación

• Experience in organization or delivery of training or development interventions preferred.
• Administration experience essential.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate invitations, materials, room bookings, catering and equipment for training activities.
• Manage day-to-day budget and invoicing for the Capability team.
• Manage external supplier relationships (booking programs and invoicing per global/local processes).
• Update and maintain database content; support internal communications.
• Create and maintain booklets and tools to support Capability offerings.
• Track data and report KPI weekly/monthly; create annual training schedule.
• Oversee course evaluation process including investigations into non-attendance.
