Pandora in Ciudad de Mexico, Mexico, seeks a dynamic Specialist, Lead Treasury Accountant to manage daily treasury activity, bank payments, reconciliations and reporting within an international team.

You will handle month-end processes, audits, and control adherence while driving process improvements and ERP-driven efficiency. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Master degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Minimum 3 years of treasury / accounting / payments experience.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, AX, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong MS Excel and analytical skills.
• Fluent English and excellent communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Perform electronic and manual bank payments to vendors, employees and VAT.
• Post bank statements daily and process journals and accruals.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and support audits.
• Handle forex rate processes and prepare treasury reports.
• Assist with month-end close and internal/external audits.
• Maintain proper document archiving and controls.
• Identify process improvements and support implementation.
• Serve as backup for other GBS entities when needed.
