Pandora Latin America Team seeks a dynamic Specialist, Lead Treasury Accountant in Ciudad de México to manage treasury processes and drive accuracy in banking activities. You will ensure timely payments, reconciliations, and reporting while aligning with governance and controls.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s in Finance or Accounting, 3+ years in treasury, and strong Excel/ERP knowledge. English fluency and team collaboration are essential for success in our international organization.

Formación

• Master Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of experience with treasury / accounting / accounts payable (payments), banking
• Knowledge of ERP system (SAP, AX, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly in MS Excel
• Strong analytical skills with attention to details
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive
• Strong team player
• Fluent English

Responsabilidades

• Perform electronic and manual bank payments (including payments to external and internal vendors, employees, payroll VAT etc).
• Post bank statements on a daily basis.
• Process other transactions including accruals, corrections and other journal entries.
• Conduct bank reconciliations.
• Being a point of contact for the banks, address issues and resolve them timely.
• Handle foreign exchange rate processes.
• Prepare reports for Group Treasury.
• Assist with month end reporting.
• Participate in internal and external audit by providing requested documentation within deadlines.
• Ensure right documents archiving and delivery.
• Deliver service in line with controls, policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation.
• Assist with bank guarantees extensions, KYC and other bank related documents
• Act as backup for other entities within GBS scope when needed
• Research and resolve diverse treasury issues
• Seek improvements and maintain proactive approach
