PwC Acceleration Center Mexico seeks a Manager - Operate to lead treasury operations for a diverse client portfolio across geographies. You will guide teams, develop client relationships, and deliver strategic financial plans, capital budgeting, and cash flow forecasting while upholding PwC quality standards.

Mentor junior staff, plan strategically, manage performance, and drive continuous improvement, embracing technology and innovative approaches to finance managed services.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance, treasury or corporate finance.
• Proficiency in oral and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Managing treasury operations and supporting client service accounts.
• Developing and executing strategic financial plans and capital budgeting initiatives.
• Analyzing and monitoring financial trends to optimize cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
• Leading teams in the implementation of finance and treasury management solutions.
• Utilizing analytical thinking to assess financial risk management and corporate finance strategies.
• Overseeing the preparation and presentation of investor reports and financial forecasts.
• Collaborating with teams to enhance compliance with accounting standards and financial reporting.
• Coaching and mentoring junior staff to foster professional growth and development.
• Engaging in commodities analysis and foreign exchange strategies to drive business outcomes.
• Building relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and feedback.
