Kapsch in Mexico City is seeking a Treasury Coordinator to manage daily treasury activities, strengthen banking relationships, and oversee payments across multiple currencies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will contribute to process optimization and digital transformation of our finance function, support ERP-based workflows, and collaborate with global teams in a dynamic, international work environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Solid experience in Treasury roles.
• Experience working with accounting ERPs and electronic banking platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Preferred: experience in process automation and AI applied to treasury processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize mass payment processes across local banking platforms.
• Coordinate banking requirements for account setup, renewals, and documentation.
• Maintain banking user access, onboarding, offboarding, and token administration.
• Execute treasury operations: payroll, supplier payments, tax payments, and advances.
• Process and reconcile payments for corporate cards (physical and virtual).
• Record and monitor bank loans and credit facilities.
• Manage banking relationships and assess market banking products.
• Prepare and maintain user manuals and process documentation.
• Maintain banking records and supplier onboarding files in SharePoint.
• Collaborate with LAM Accounting Hub, stakeholders, local teams, and banking partners.
• Support recording of financial transactions for other Finance areas.
• Assist in administrative tasks for the department.

Are you passionate about treasury operations, banking management, and process optimization? Join our team in Mexico City as a Treasury Coordinator, where you will play a key role in driving the efficiency and reliability of our financial operations. In this position, you will manage daily treasury activities, strengthen banking relationships, and oversee payment processes, all while contributing to the continuous improvement and digital transformation of our finance function.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Manage and optimize mass payment processes through local banking platforms, including the automated distribution of payment confirmations to suppliers.
• Coordinate banking requirements related to account setup, renewals, and documentation with clients, suppliers, and financial institutions.
• Maintain banking user access, onboarding and offboarding activities, permissions management, and token administration.
• Execute treasury operations, including payroll, supplier payments in multiple currencies, tax payments, employee advances, and customs tax account funding (PECE).
• Process, reconcile, archive, and manage payments for corporate credit cards, both physical and virtual.
• Record and monitor bank loans and credit facilities, including term loans and revolving credit lines.
• Manage banking relationships, account openings, and the identification of banking products and opportunities available in the market.
• Prepare and maintain user manuals and process documentation, ensuring timely updates.
• Maintain banking records, payment supporting documentation, supplier onboarding files, and historical bank statements across SharePoint repositories.
• Act as liaison with the LAM Accounting Hub, Kapsch Group stakeholders, local teams, and banking partners.
• Support the recording and processing of financial transactions for other Finance areas.
• Support in administrative tasks related to the department’s operations.
