What you earn

• Performance-based payouts for every person you bring who gets hired: typically €300 to €1,000+ per placement, depending on the role
• No cap and no fixed hours. Someone with a smart system can earn more in 2 hours than someone else in 10 - Partners who bring steady results get better payouts, first access to new roles and support such as funded ads
• You're paid your share when the employer pays us. Every employer has its own payment terms, so timing differs by role, and we tell you the terms before you start on one - We walk you through everything in the first call
