Turner Townsend is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to deliver a range of tasks to high quality standards and assist on projects of all sizes. The role requires coordinating with teams and the client, and travel to on-site locations outside Mexico.

You will establish success criteria, manage information flow, run meetings, and prepare reports using MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Fluent in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or related.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar roles.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proficient with MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver tasks to high quality standards across projects.
• Assist on projects of all sizes and coordinate with teams and clients.
• Establish overall success criteria including time, cost and performance parameters.
• Manage flow of project information through meetings and written communications.
• Prepare project status reports and update tracking documents.
