An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Travel & Fleet Administrator to manage travel expenses and pool car operations. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in travel management and data analysis, ensuring efficient utilization of resources. You will play a key role in supporting the company's operations by monitoring budgets, handling KPIs, and participating in project reviews. Formación

  • 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry with a focus on travel management.
  • Proficient in data analysis and budget monitoring.

Description
  • Manage travel expenses from various requesters and ensure correct recording in the system.
  • Handle allowance requests in accordance with the travel policy, and follow up on reports and reimbursements.
  • Manage pool cars to ensure their proper utilization.
  • Inspect pool cars during pickup and drop-off.
  • Register and track any damages to pool cars and organize necessary maintenance or repairs.
  • Monitor pool car usage and coordinate the acquisition of new vehicles when needed.
  • Identify and promptly report potential risks.
  • Gather information and ensure all documentation is uploaded to the relevant platforms.
  • Participate actively in regular meetings to update top management and contribute to project reviews.
Requirements
  • Education in Business Administration, Tourism, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, with knowledge in travel management, purchasing, finance, or related areas.
  • Knowledge of basic vehicle inspection elements to assess general conditions.
  • Proficient in data analysis for decision-making.
  • Experience in budget monitoring.
  • Handling KPIs and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Office applications and SAP management.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
