Johnson Controls is seeking a Travel Lead Analyst to support Travel, Credit Card and Meetings Event Global Category Managers. You will blend travel program operations with analytics to drive data-led decisions, working with our TMC and SAP Concur admins to ensure service levels and policy compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in corporate travel or related operations, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and excellent stakeholder communication in a global matrix environment.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in corporate travel, T&E program management, purchasing or business operations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or similar data visualization tools).
• Familiarity with SAP Concur or other travel/expense systems preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a first-line escalation contact for complex booking or travel issues.
• Manage and respond to the generic travel Q&A inbox.
• Liaise with the TMC and SAP Concur administrators to resolve traveler concerns and ensure service levels are met.
• Partner with AP, Compliance, and regional teams to align reporting, resolve escalations, and support audit readiness.
• Maintain internal content libraries and supplier lists.
• Analyze travel and expense trends, policy compliance, and supplier performance to identify savings opportunities and risk areas.
• Deliver monthly reporting packages and insights.
