Johnson Controls is seeking a Travel Lead Analyst to support Travel, Credit Card and Meetings Event Global Category Managers. You will work with the TMC and SAP Concur admins to analyze travel data, ensure policy compliance, and deliver actionable insights.

The role requires 2–5 years in corporate travel or T&E operations, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and excellent stakeholder communication in a fast-paced global environment. Based in San Pedro Garza Garcia, Mexico.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of corporate travel, T&E, purchasing or operations experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Familiarity with SAP Concur or similar systems preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze travel and expense trends, policy compliance, and supplier performance.
• Deliver monthly reporting packages and insights; support quarterly reviews.
• Collaborate with TMC, SAP Concur admins, and regional teams to ensure SLAs.
• Maintain travel program content and support benchmarking for negotiations.
