Job Description

Cost Effective and On-time Shipment Plan

1. Coordinates with Customer Service Team and Warehouse on delivery requirements and priority shipments.
2. Prepares daily shipment and dispatch plan and coordinates transport requirements to Logistics and Traffic Assistant.
3. Monitors and updates tramp requirements to origin and destination port.
4. Coordinates transferring and hauling to Subic.
5. Provides complete and accurate shipping documents to shipping / transport service providers.
6. Prepares plan and schedules deliveries.
7. Prepares accurate waybills for assigned trips to ensure accurate delivery documentation and will serve as reference for trucker's billing statements.
8. Ensures all trips are transacted in OTM and updates needed details.
9. Ensures delivery concerns/issues are escalated to Logistic Supervisor for immediate resolution.
10. Provides information/data on shipment plan versus actual shipment to measure logistics planning and execution efficiency.
11. Ensures databases are updated for accurate monitoring.
12. Ensures compliance with food safety and quality standards set by HACCP, GMP & ISO, ISMS.
13. Actively participates in all company programs, especially projects of innovation.
14. Performs other related activities as assigned by immediate superior.

Qualifications

Educational Requirement: Graduate of any 4-year business-related course

Work Experience Requirement: At least 6 months work experience in logistics / supply chain or equivalent.
