Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Project manager for Latin America & USA scope projects; responsible for work planning, risk management, project governance, issue reporting, and supporting process architecture within the project.

Your Impact

As Transition Mgmt Sr Analyst, your responsibilities include:

  • Managing Latin America & USA scope projects, work planning, risk management, and issue reporting.
  • Defining, planning, organizing, tracking, and managing project oversight to meet requirements or business specifications.
  • Ensuring project delivery on time, within budget, and with quality results.
  • Creating and maintaining project management deliverables such as work plans, timelines, charters, risk/issue/change logs, and lessons learned.
  • Providing project management services to enable project delivery.
  • Managing communication and change management for stakeholders.
  • Developing project schedules and documenting risks and issues.
  • Establishing change logs and capturing project costs.
  • Leading compliance with Transition Methodology and supporting process architecture, including flow charts, narratives, SIPOCs, KPIs, OLA, SLAs.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

  • Engineering, Business Management, Systems, or Administration Technology Management.

Experience

  • High proficiency in English (writing and speaking) due to interaction with North America teams.
  • At least 2 years of project management experience, preferably with business process redesign.
  • Project Management certification is desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems pragmatically.
  • Software knowledge: Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams); Visio and Power BI are a plus.
  • Availability to travel within Latin America and the USA.

  • Leadership to coordinate meetings aligned with governance.
  • Effective communication with managers.
  • Flexibility to interact across countries and functions.
  • Ability to work with program managers to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Partnering with sponsors and global teams to meet objectives.
