The Training Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs to enhance employee skills, productivity, and performance. This role involves managing a team of trainers, coordinating with department heads, and ensuring that training aligns with organizational goals and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop training programs tailored to organizational needs.
Update and improve training materials regularly to reflect changes in company policies or industry practices.
Schedule and coordinate training sessions across departments.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars as needed.
Ensure training resources and facilities are prepared and available.
Supervise and mentor training staff, providing guidance and feedback.
Assign trainers to specific programs or projects based on expertise.
Monitor the performance of trainers to ensure quality and effectiveness.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, tests, and performance metrics.
Compile and present reports on training outcomes to senior management.
Recommend improvements based on evaluations and organizational needs.
Ensure training programs comply with legal, safety, and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and certifications.
Collaborate with department heads to identify employee training needs.
Conduct skills gap analyses to determine areas requiring development.
Support employee career growth through targeted training initiatives.
Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in training and development, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in training tools, software, and learning management systems (LMS).
Proficiency in MS Office.
Valid Visa to travel to USA.
