Summary
Plan, design, organize, conduct, and evaluate managerial, supervisory, and staff training programs. Provide employees with effective training solutions to support strategic initiatives identified in collaboration with the organization’s management team. Assess the effectiveness of training solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify training needs within the organization.
- Identify critical skills associated with each managerial position within functional or workcell areas.
- Identify specific gaps in training.
- Recommend effective training solutions.
- Create and implement evaluation tools to measure training effectiveness.
- Deliver classroom training sessions.
- Develop and maintain a core supervisory training curriculum.
- Partner with organizational leadership to facilitate curriculum delivery.
- Utilize adult learning principles to enhance training effectiveness.
- Develop instructor competencies and demonstrate effective teaching skills.
- Relate course material to on-the-job tasks and develop related competencies.
- Provide coaching and follow-up after training sessions.
- Aim for high satisfaction ratings (standard: 9.0/10.0).
- Follow all ISO and departmental procedures.
- Provide organizational development solutions and assess organizational effectiveness, developing improvement plans.
- Offer business insights and solutions tailored to individual and team needs.
- Support team development for functional and workcell teams.
- Create orientation plans for new employees in collaboration with leadership.
- Maintain Education & Training matrices and training records with 100% accuracy in our Learning Management System, including documentation of training, test scores, and certifications.
- Complete administrative functions related to training classes following established procedures.
- Develop and set up leadership development programs for lower-level employees.
- Formulate learning objectives and select or develop instructional methods, aids, manuals, and materials.
- Design lesson plans and instructor notes to meet learner needs.
- Create supporting training materials such as handouts, quizzes, assessments, and certifications.
- Research external training programs and review materials to provide optimal solutions.
- Complete two major training projects annually and participate in staff meetings.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and company procedures and regulations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; one to three years of experience in a training capacity. DDI Facilitation Certification preferred.
Language Skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with probability, statistical inference, and fundamentals of geometry and trigonometry. Apply concepts like fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Interpret technical instructions and handle multiple variables.
Physical Demands
Frequent walking, lifting, and carrying of equipment up to 15 lbs. Close vision and computer use required.
Work Environment
Office setting with low to moderate noise levels.
