A leading manufacturing firm in Zapopan is seeking a Training Specialist to enhance the technical and interpersonal skills of employees. The role involves conducting training programs, monitoring training effectiveness, and maintaining detailed training records. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of manufacturing standards are essential. This position is on-site and requires compliance with safety procedures.
Summary
Conduct training programs to enhance the technical and interpersonal skills of both new and existing employees. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the training provided. May involve planning and designing improvements for existing courses. Must have knowledge of manufacturing concepts, practices, procedures, and IPC standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide post-class and on-the-job training support.
Maintain training records.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; 1-3 years of training experience or equivalent education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with probability, statistics, geometry, trigonometry, and apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions practically.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, analyze data, and interpret technical instructions.
Physical Demands
Frequent walking, lifting, and carrying of equipment up to 15 lbs. Visual acuity for computer work.
Work Environment
Office setting with low to moderate noise levels.
