Johnson Controls in Apodaca, Mexico is seeking a Training Manager to lead training strategy and LMS for a technical manufacturing environment. The role focuses on New Hire Orientation, skills-based training, trainer development, and ongoing readiness across shifts.

You will lead a team of trainers, partner with operations, quality, safety and HR, and drive measurable training effectiveness through structured assessments and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading training and onboarding in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment.
• Experience coaching trainers, instructors, or frontline learning teams.
• Strong knowledge of training design, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

This role develops and manages learning programs that support New Hire Orientation, skills-based training, trainer development, and ongoing employee readiness.
