A leading medical technology company in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a Training Leader I to drive compliance in manufacturing. You will evaluate training needs, develop compliance programs, and ensure adherence to health and safety laws. A bachelor's degree and experience in Quality Control are required. This position involves communicating training-related issues to management and ensuring all personnel comply with safety regulations.

Formación

  • 2 to 4 years in Quality Control, performing audits, designing SOPs, and knowledge of GXP’s.
  • 0 to 2 years of personnel management experience required.

Responsabilidades

  • Works with departments to develop a comprehensive training program.
  • Researches compliance requirements by law.

Purpose

Helps to implement programs and innovative initiatives for the manufacturing deployment area, under direct supervision. Contributes to basic components of projects, programs, or processes for the manufacturing deployment area. Conducts basic trend analysis to support continuous improvement efforts for the organization's manufacturing deployment strategy. Analyzes basic functions of large-scale business initiatives to ensure progress is monitored, risks are managed, and key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team. This job is salaried.

You Will Be Responsible For
  • Evaluates the needs the plant has and performs task analysis as support to the development of compliance training programs, technical areas, and systems (35%).
  • Works jointly with the departments of the plant for the development of a training program that covers all the compliance requirements for each position (15%).
  • Researches the requirements imposed by law. Develops and maintains an inventory program to support the needs of the plant (15%).
  • Develops measures and periodically prepares reports for management. Provides training programs as required (15%).
  • Communicates any situation related to the company to the next managerial level (5%).
  • Ensures that all his/her subordinates follow the health, safety, and environment policies of the company and have all resources available to perform these practices (5%).
  • Ensures that the company and personnel comply with the statutes of health, safety, and environment established by laws (5%).
  • Performs other tasks when required (5%).

  • Ensure that all subordinates follow the company’s health, safety, and environmental policies and that they have resources to perform these practices (5%).

Qualifications / Requirements
Experience and Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Education (preferably).
  • 2 to 4 years in Quality Control, performing audits, designing SOPs, and knowledge of GXP’s.
  • 0 to 2 years of personnel management experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Certifications, and Affiliations
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Aptitude to clarify and summarize regulatory documents for training.
  • Experience in a Regulatory environment (FDA/Europe).
  • TWI Methodology Certification (preferred).
  • Leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Project management skills.
  • Experience with Manufacturing, Operations, New Products, and R&D.
  • Ability to manage complex calendars and projects.
