Formación

  • 4-6 years in Quality Control, including audits, SOP design, and GXP knowledge.
  • 0-2 years of personnel management experience required.

Purpose:

Supervises individual contributors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management. Assists with coordination of processes and assignments for Quality Training area to ensure the delivery of consistent work products. Develops performance reviews and skills gap analyses to identify training needs per department, team, and individual. Designs training programs based on business goals. Maintains steady workflow and productivity and resolves operational decisions within the team. Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within expected standards. Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate plant needs and perform task analysis to support compliance training programs, technical areas, and systems.
  • Collaborate with plant departments to develop comprehensive training programs covering all compliance requirements.
  • Research legal requirements and develop/maintain an inventory program to support plant needs.
  • Develop measures, prepare reports for management, and provide training programs as needed.
  • Communicate company-related situations to management.
  • Ensure subordinates follow health, safety, and environment policies and have necessary resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental statutes.
  • Perform other tasks as required.
Supervision Responsibilities:

Ensure team compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and resource availability.

General Responsibilities:
  • Communicate business issues or opportunities to management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Experience and Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Education preferred.
  • 4-6 years in Quality Control, including audits, SOP design, and GXP knowledge.
  • 0-2 years of personnel management experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Certifications:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to clarify and summarize regulatory documents for training.
  • Experience in a regulatory environment such as FDA/Europe.
  • TWI Methodology Certification preferred.
  • Leadership and coaching skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Experience with Manufacturing, Operations, New Products, and R&D.
  • Ability to manage complex calendars and projects.
