Merit Medical Systems, Inc. seeks a dedicated Training Specialist to develop and implement technical training materials for corporate software and processes.

You will create curricula for diverse settings, deliver classroom sessions, and certify training effectiveness. You will verify compliance with regulations, coordinate documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive value for stakeholders and improve processes.

Formación

• Education equivalent to a High School diploma.
• Five years of work experience in a writing/training position.
• Proficient use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and editing skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Implements technical documents for corporate software systems and processes.
• Assists with the development of training curriculum for various settings, including classroom training and video presentations.
• Verifies training effectiveness through certification, performance appraisal, and/or audits.
• Performs training through classroom presentations.
• Ensures training and documentation comply with regulations and corporate policies.
