Sanmina Corporation is seeking a Training Specialist to coordinate and deliver electronics industry training, develop manuals and exams, and ensure compliance with training procedures. The role requires experience in logistics training, induction programs, and managing training evidence in a manufacturing setting.

• Career in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Career in Administration or equivalent.
• Development of courses and exams.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes in the electronics industry.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and deliver courses
• MDS technician certification and forklift
• Development of manuals and update documents
• Validation of training by activity (for MDS)
• Monthly Progress Report
• Participate in continuous improvement meetings
• Updating and monitoring formats that apply to training procedure
• Training the indirect labor
• Imparting training programs
• Implement the training procedures
• Apply and ensure the implementation of strategies and training requirements
• Manage and capture training evidences
• Ensure compliance with the requirements of the STPS
• Check the evidence of training
• Ensure that personal technical or administrative receive the certifications before develop job activities.
• Give know procedures and general basic safety measures.
