We are currently expanding and seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our HR Department at our Juriquilla office.

Work Schedule: On-site: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm; Alternate Saturdays

Responsibilities:

1. Identify training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes, and consultations with managers and HR.
2. Design, expand, and manage training programs based on organizational and individual needs.
3. Deliver system training to staff, both one-on-one and in groups.
4. Create effective induction programs for new employees, apprentices, and graduates.
5. Conduct first-month check-ins and skills analysis with new hires, providing follow-up training if needed.
6. Set up and manage user access in software applications.
7. Evaluate training programs and prepare reports on usage, engagement, and performance.
8. Troubleshoot system issues.
9. Support the Systems Administrator with projects such as system implementations, process improvements, and data cleansing.
10. Minimum 4 years of experience in Training & Development is preferred.
11. Proficiency in training systems, quick learner, with experience delivering employee training.
12. Strong relationship-building skills.
13. Ability to handle confidential information and deliver system training effectively.
14. High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
15. Energetic and enthusiastic, capable of working in fast-paced environments.
16. Attention to detail and high accuracy.
17. Fluent in English.
