Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in education or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in designing and developing learning solutions for multiple formats and audiences (e.g., instructor-led training, e-learning, video-based training).
  • Experience in training needs analysis, design, development, and evaluation.
  • Experience with instructional design principles and processes.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with technical subject matter experts to develop training content and curricula.
  • Ability to transfer knowledge and facilitate skill development, including explaining technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills.

About the job:

In this role, you will manage the entire sales training pipeline, from content creation and LMS administration to strategic communications and tracking completion rates (a key KPI). You will address increasing requests from Go-to-Market (GTM) and Finance teams, developing new, specialized training programs to meet their needs. Your involvement will expand in Online Marketing Challenge (OMC) activities and communications supporting FOO and CTIF initiatives, requiring broader skills and greater time commitment.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex Ads business operates smoothly. We set go-to-market strategies and ensure flawless execution. Our teams are embedded across major Ads business areas and work globally, combining analytical and strategic skills with pragmatic execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Cloud Compliance and other departments to gather and understand training requirements and content.
  • Design engaging, instructionally sound storyboards, scripts, and learning objectives for new e-learning modules.
  • Develop e-learning content using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Evolve, Vyond, Camtasia, Gemini Pro), incorporating multimedia elements like graphics, audio, video, and interactive activities.
  • Update and revise existing training materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with current cloud policies and regulations.
  • Manage multiple content development projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and deadlines.
